We need Herd Helpers

If walking 10 miles is not for you, why not join our team of herd helpers? MK Midnight Moo 2009 was a spectacular event, which we couldn’t have done without our volunteers. Our moovellous herd helpers really got into the spirit of the night and helped create an udderly fantastic atmosphere by cheering our walkers on as they crossed the finish line.

To make MK Midnight Moo 2010 a night to remember we need lots of help over the weekend. We need volunteers to help us set up, distribute signage around the route, register in our herd, drive support vehicles, clear up, marshal our route and keep our herd safe, along with lots of other tasks throughout the weekend.

As well as individuals we need teams of people to take responsibility for marshalling a mile of our route. Each mile will need approximately 15 people and a team leader. It is a great opportunity to promote your organisation by advertising around that mile of the route.

Whatever role you take on we will invite all our herd helpers to an event in July, where they will receive all the information needed to make MK Midnight Moo 2010 a pleasurable volunteering experience. The meeting will give our herd helpers a chance to ask questions and meet fellow helpers.
